How do I return an item?

  1. Repack the item in the original packing materials and box. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

  2. Complete the bottom portion of your pack slip. Then detach it from the top portion, and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information, including your reason for return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund. Please do not attach the return slip to the item.

  3. Save the top portion of the pack slip for your records.

  4. To send your package, use the address on the pack slip.   5.                                                                                                                                          Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS.  Save your shipping  receipt  until you receive your refund or replacement.

  6. Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
